I help analyze the current organizational environment for performance improvement that align with the organization’s strategic goals. I help these organizations apply this information for needs assessments, gap analysis, strategic planning, and grant funding opportunities. Then I will help you organize the successful implementation and completion of the required deliverables.

My Approach 

I develop performance consulting plans using a framework that includes organizational background data, current status of development, desired improvements, and strategies for success. Using the ADDIE approach, I work with leadership groups within your organization to develop your goals to realize your vision for your organization.

  • Analyze what exists vs. what is desired, and identify gaps.

  • Design a strategy to address any identified gaps in the desired level of performance.

  • Develop the processes, procedures, and best practices to support the program design.

  • Implement activities and practices that move the current status to the desired status.

  • Evaluate the process, outcomes, and results, and circle back to the analysis phase.
