Then I will help you organize the successful implementation and completion of the required deliverables.
My Approach
I develop performance consulting plans using a framework that includes organizational background data, current status of development, desired improvements, and strategies for success. Using the ADDIE approach, I work with leadership groups within your organization to develop your goals to realize your vision for your organization.
Analyze what exists vs. what is desired, and identify gaps.
Design a strategy to address any identified gaps in the desired level of performance.
Develop the processes, procedures, and best practices to support the program design.
Implement activities and practices that move the current status to the desired status.
Evaluate the process, outcomes, and results, and circle back to the analysis phase.
